Peptomist LLC is a Delaware limited liability company through which Jayesh provides discretionary investment advisory services exclusively via SMAs held in client-owned brokerage accounts, pursuant to applicable exemptions and contractual arrangements.
Peptomist Capital LLC-FZ and Peptomist Holdings Limited are separate and independently governed sister entities. Peptomist Capital LLC-FZ operates under its own commercial mandate in the UAE, while Peptomist Holdings Limited functions as a non-operating holding and sponsor entity. Neither entity provides investment advisory services to SMA clients of Peptomist LLC, and no client assets or advisory mandates are shared across entities.
As Founder, Jayesh is responsible for the development of investment frameworks, research oversight, and advisory-level portfolio strategy implemented through SMA structures.
